Terms & Conditions

Your booking is confirmed once we have received the deposit through our secure payment provider. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these Group Trip Terms & Conditions and the information provided on the applicable Trip page.

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Any remaining balance must be paid by the payment deadline provided at the time of booking.
• If a payment is not received by the required deadline, Carve Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking and offer your spot to another guest. Any payments already made will remain non-refundable.

Group trip bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your booking due to extenuating circumstances, please contact Carve Travel as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund or credit, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

In the unlikely event that Carve Travel needs to cancel a group trip, guests will receive a full refund of payments made to Carve Travel for the cancelled trip.

Carve Travel will communicate any cancellation to guests as soon as possible.

We do our best to operate each trip as planned. However, itineraries may need to change due to weather, local conditions, safety concerns, availability, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If a change is necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative and will communicate any significant changes to you as soon as possible.

Carve Travel also reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary when necessary.

All trip inclusions and exclusions are outlined on the applicable Trip page.

Please review the Trip page carefully before booking so you understand what is included in the cost of your trip and what you will be responsible for separately.

All guests are required to review and sign Carve Travel's Participant Waiver before participating in the trip and any applicable activities.

Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by Carve Travel, our guides and activity providers.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documents, including a valid passport and any visas or permits required for their destination.

Out-Of-Province Medical & Trip Cancellation & Trip Interruption Insurance is strongly recommended to protect yourself and your investment against unforeseen events.

We want every guest to have a safe, enjoyable and respectful experience.

Guests are expected to:

• Follow reasonable instructions from Carve Travel host(s), guides and activity providers.
• Treat other guests, guides and local communities with respect.
• Follow applicable laws and local rules.
• Behave in a way that does not put themselves or others at risk.
• Respect the places, properties and communities we visit.

Carve Travel reserves the right to remove a guest from a group trip if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful or otherwise negatively impacts the safety or experience of other guests.

Guests who are removed from a trip will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation, accommodation or other related expenses.
